The continual rain during the summer months has caused two oak trees on the PLAYERS Stadium to give way. Saturated conditions cause the ground to become more lubricated and unstable. The roots are also compromised from the wet conditions causing trees to fall over. The trees will be removed today by Odom's Beaches Tree service who has been helping with tree work at TPC Sawgrass for over a decade.
